Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PianoCloud!

We’re excited to have you join our learning community.

These Terms explain how our platform works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you in return.

If anything is unclear, don't hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

2. Our Services

We provide an in-depth piano curriculum with digital learning resources from our platform (the “PianoCloud Hub”).

Our goal is to support you on your learning journey and boost your musical confidence.

While we do our best to help you succeed, please note we can’t guarantee specific academic results.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer three annual subscription tiers:

  • Club:         £15/month
  • Academy: £25/month
  • 1-1:            £45/month

Each plan offers different features, and you can find all the details on our website.

4. Payments

Your subscription is billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you choose to cancel.

If a payment fails, we’ll do our best to contact you and help resolve the issue.

Your access may be paused until the payment is processed.

5. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing up.

If you choose to access the PianoCloud Hub right away, you’re requesting immediate access to the content.

By doing so, you acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once access begins.

6. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time, but we want to make it easy for you to manage your plan.

Please note that there is a £10 admin fee for new and reactivated enrolments.

For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must:

  • Supervise the student’s use of the platform
  • Keep login details secure
  • Be the primary point of contact

To keep the learning environment safe, we restrict communication to only the registered Parent/fee-payer’s email on account.

We are committed to safeguarding and may restrict access if we have any concerns about safety or appropriate use.
